4. Transaction Process

All transactions conducted through PAYMAL must follow our established process:

• Buyer deposits funds into escrow
• Seller delivers device to designated hub for verification
• Hub partner verifies device authenticity and condition
• Upon successful verification, funds are released to seller
• Buyer collects verified device from hub

5. Fees and Payments

PAYMAL charges transaction fees as outlined on our pricing page. These fees are:

• Clearly disclosed before transaction initiation
• Non-refundable once transaction is initiated
• Subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, PAYMAL provides mediation services. Our dispute resolution process includes:

• Evidence collection from all parties

• Final resolution with appropriate fund distribution
